Wow, great footage, you can really see the wing flex from control movements and turbulence. The pilot seemed a little nervous with the flapperons and ailerons bouncing, but this is probably more the computer correcting for the turbulence.

I just wanted to comment that I've been on plenty of flights in which the inboard aileron behaves exactly like it did in this clip due to the strong crosswinds. My favorite clip so far!
