Yes it does, Ahmed. ANA and JAL have 400Ds, but they are scheduled to be sold off spending several years from next year. The URL is a page about 400D in a website of JAL. www.jal.co.jp/en/aircraft/aircraft/jal_03.html

Does ANA have 747-400Ds? And that many seats? Isn't that more than the great A380?

That's a 400D, for only domestic flight of Japan. It doesn't have winglets. The capacity of a 400D is 569 seats.
