It would be nice to have them based back in the UK. I'll never forget that roar of the cannon up and down the east coast.

I had the distinct pleasure, (actually back breaking, stressfull work) while in the USAF to watch several A-19's do live bombing and strafing runs at Hohenfels, GE. My personal favorite.

I like this plane and I was surprised of this demonstration of agility.

It's real maneuverable. In Arizona I saw four of them mock dogfight and it was just awesome. A good video, love hearing that typical A-10 sound.
