Never seen such an approach. The pilot sure knows his job. I think the plane was in reverse thrust during descent, otherwise it would gather too much airspeed.

Really this is awesome! I couldn't believe what I just saw on a given moment up there probably in the 6 or 8 thousand feet and in a matter of seconds later landing on the strip, along with the chutes !! Congratulations to all, the pilot of course and the cameraman who made this caption possible. I enjoyed it very much!
