Hello again. in a week or so I will be flying to Portland on a Delta 737-800. I have never been there and was wondering if some people could tell me what to expect once I get there and how difficult it will be to check in and get to my gate when I return. Thanks!

When you get off the plane, you will step into a box-like building which is air-conditioned and carpeted. When you return, you will find a line of people at the security checkin which you will wait in for a little while and then proceed to your gate. Once you get there, you will step into your airplane and fly to your destination.
