O.K., obviously the airspace above a country is owned and regulated by that country but the airspace can only go so far up, so who owns outer space like low satellite orbits? Or is outer space international?
This may be a silly question but I'm not talking about NDB's lol.....yet

That is actually a good question! I thought about that myself before.
What I found is that it depends on the countries.
I believe in the USA the national airspace goes up to FL 600.
In the UK, there is no upper limit stated in the Air Navigation Order.
I think the JAA is proposing an upper limit at FL 600.
Can someone confirm this?
Does anyone know what the ICAO says about that??
