For Hawker and learguy and all the private jet pilots out there-
Im wondering how the acceleration feels during your takeoff rolls.
Is it similar to putting the pedal to the floor in your car, or do you not really feel it due to the size of the aircraft or some other factor?

0-135 KTS in less then 2.5 seconds....Now that kinda acceleration beats accelerating on the runway....One thing we Naval Jet Jocks experience that the Air Force guys don't....

Jet driver, he was wondering about "PRIVATE JET PILOTS" not military fighter pilots..... Sheesh you can't teach a Jet Jock anything :D

Altitude over airspeed take offs are pretty sweet in a helicopter. You pull about 80-90% torque and climb vertical than at about 100 ft AHO you nose it over about 30 degrees nose low...looks pretty awesom. For those of you who have seen that video I put together you see what it looks like in the first few seconds an A model does one.
Sorry you can't teach a Rotor Head anything either :D
