Again Paris Airshow has ended quite successfull for all manufacturers and dealers that took part in the exhibition. This years numbers are more than outstanding compared to any other airshow before, even including the entire year. sales office of Airbus could actually take the rest of the year off.

At the 49th Paris Air Show in Le Bourget, Airbus won about US$72.2 billion worth of business for a total of 730 aircraft icon_eek.gif . This success sets a new record for any commercial aircraft manufacturer at any air show ever. But read for yourself... What I heard some indian carrier alone bought 180 A320 neo!! Does anyone by any chance know that carrier by name?
Boeing made deals for a total of US $22billion at Paris Airshow. Also quite a great number but somewhat small compared to airbus orders. Heres more again.

Today Boeing has a firm order of 835 dreamliners. With a delay of more than 3 years,it will take years before new orders are take in use. ANA ( Air Nippon Airways ) will be the first to take delivery.
