Im not sure how this field is in FSX. but on FS9, If you select under country (Honduras), city and airport is CATACAMAS. Try that airport out and please let me know what you think!

unless you have a bush plane, helicopter, or a harrier, I dont see anyone taking off of that place anytime soon (safely).
