Do it as you would normally. Look for the aircraft.cfg file, look for the repaint you want to add the sounds to and in the "sound=" field put (in your case) ".45". Save, and off you go

I was gonna do EXACTLY that but you see the problem is that in the Level-D for some reason the liveries are not added through the Aircraft.config (im not sure how since it uses a repaint manager). But their is no liveries through the Aicraft config for example:

THERE IS ONLY ONE FLIGHTSIM.0 and its the base level-d texture. I have about 7 levelD textures install and all work perfectly but they do not show up in my aircraft.config so I got stuck because I didnt know where to add the sound extension.
