Has anyone heard of a weight and balance software program that the British Military use called Fulcrum View. If so where would I be able to get more information on it.

Like all things from the MOD, we could tell you (if we knew). But then we would have to shoot you!
But just out of interest, why specifically do you want this piece of software?
