It's Spirit again, and this time, I have a problem with my FS2002. I am trying to install it on my Dell Dimension 4600 Desktop with a Pentium 4 processor. I'd prefer it on the comp. I am using to type the topic, because there is internet connection and I can download things for it if the need arises. WOW, I using big words again! icon_lol.gif But when I insert the 2nd disk, it gets stuck on the file geopol_34 or one of the thirties. Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem, so I can get FS2002 on the computer? icon_confused.gif

Most likely a dirty/scratched/defective CD. Try to clean it and see if it helps.

OK, I'll try cleaning it off, see if that helps.

Fs2002?

This sort of problem is a simple read error. The problem could lie at the hardware end (the disc drive) or the disc itself. Considering it is failing at a certain point every time you can bet your bank account that is the problem.

Solution? As Kilrah said, clean the disc and if all else fails spend 20 bucks and get yourself Fs9..

Now, the disc drive won't open when it is the time to take out disc 1 and put in 2. The drive won't open until FS2002 setup is closed. But I have FS2002 on an HP, and nothing bad ever happens with that, maybe the game is too old for the computer. But I really don't think that is the problem!
