Re-uploading of old videos is currently not possible (due to maintenance as indicated by the page).
Is there an estimate for when this service can be available again?

It looks to me as if it is back in service. I got no message or errors when I clicked on Re-upload Old Videos.

You can indeed select "Re-upload old videos", but after clicking on the video which you wish to re-upload, the maintenance-message comes.

PS sorry to keep bothering you, but it seems that the upload of additional thumbnails leads to the same "Maintenance message", I'll put it in a new topic.
