Does anyone know where I can get free free al traffic?

I found alot on flightsim.com, but it says AI Flight Plans. Does anyone know what is AI Flight Plans? what is it used for?

I'm afraid i don't no where to get it free, but I get my AI Traffic from the Justflight Addon called Traffic 2005.

The AI Flightplans Are for addons such as traffic 2005, to replace old flight routes, for a select airline.

You can get some at Avsim. Im completely lost on how do add them though, I did it once but now I can't remember...

I went to http://www.world-of-ai.com/installer and I dont see no link, but just instructions. I tried looking at Flightsim and avsim, but it only shows the AI airline planes.
