There are only two nations who routinely (that means on a regular basis, not just for trials) conduct night carrier operations. The first one is the United States of North America, you guessed it right? But do you know who the second nation is?

Cheers Tall, I'll send you some rotten cheese and some wine to go with those crackers, your answer is correct.
Japan has not had a carrier since WWII, so they are ruled out of the contest from the get go.
Russia for some reason does not perform Night ops, although I am quite sure they very well could.
The U.K. has deemed that Night ops where a bit too dangerous and gave up the idea some decades ago. They consider it a emergency operation, thus it is not routine. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is the next one:
Who was the first to perform a take off from a ship, and thus launched (unofficially), what would become naval air forces? Hint (he almost blew the wright brothers right out of the race)
