I was just thinking what aircraft manufacturers plane good reliable planes.
It's a bit like cars. In Australia The good reliable cars are the Subaru's, toyota's and BMW's.
The Unreliable crap ones are Daewoo and some of the old mitsubishi's.
Now I know that most of you think that the boeing 737-800 would be the most reliable because it is the most produced and popular plane but it might not be. Everyone here likes to buy Holden Commodores because they are cheap and are very practical (also they are used on V8 supercars) but they are not the most reliable car on the road.
So what plane's would be the reliable ones and what are the unreliable?

This post sounds like an attempt to start the A vs B argument again. Not productive at all.

My views are this, This Topic should be locked, (Sorry to Say). As you say glnflwrs, it will turn out as A and B topic, with a lot of slagging off, from fourm members.

LETS GET THIS TOPIC LOCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reliable=Boeing. Made of solid iron gurders, and some of the stuff they make blackboxes with

Unreliable=Airbus. Made of tissue paper, cling film, chlorine gas and grass.

Excuse my sarcasm.

All planes are reliable. The only one I know of personally to have a bad safety record is the DC9, but its still reliable
