ATA Airlines Begins New Service between Houston and New York-LaGuardia Airline is only provider of daily, nonstop flights between Houston- Hobby and New York-LaGuardia INDIANAPOLIS, March 31, 2006 –On April 2, ATA Airlines, begins non-stop service between Houston-Hobby and New York-LaGuardia with twice-daily flights using modern Boeing 737 jet aircraft. This service will also connect New York to more than 11 destinations via ATA’s low-fare partner Southwest Airlines. “The Houston expansion makes ATA’s network available to a part of the country we previously did not serve” said ATA Chief Operating Officer Subodh Karnik. “This service will bring more low-fare choices to customers in places such as San Diego, Albuquerque, Corpus Christi, El Paso, and 7 other cities.
