A member of the CAA was in a pub getting drunk wondering why his sister had three brothers and he only had two!

Trust me, there are frequent misunderstandings here in Cajun country. icon_biggrin.gif

Aw my Gawd, maybe I didn`t understand the joke - oops! Anyway, its about the CAA so it doesn`t matter anyway. They don`t care about others - why should we care about them. "But Jesus says to forgive"

True, but God says, that the only unforgivable sin is making bad out to be good (or the other way round) which is what [one member of] the CAA did.

Thats, really funny Bernoulls.

Due to a comparative lack of comprehension on my part - my mind is reeling with possible further options for this joke . . lololol.png

Fast, it was ME who did a horrible job responding. I got the joke as you did. Good one, BTW. What I attempted to say was that here in Cajun country, that same mentality exists as that of that CAA worker.

But if there were a difference, its that CAA workers probably do NOT make jokes about themselves the way cajuns do...

Cajun jokes are best told by Cajuns. Just do a Google search of Boudreaux and Thibodeaux...

My favorite was The Crazy Goat..

I'll have to look for more. But, here's one I'd forgotten..

Boudreaux's old truck wouldn't start early one morning, so he had to borrow his son's motor scooter. While scooting along Landry Road between sugarcane fields, he approached a stop sign with a strange, but beautiful car just sitting there at the intersection with Fieldspan Road. He pulled up next to the driver's window only to see the richest man in Lafayette sitting behind the wheel and looking at a map.

An excited Boudreaux asked, "Mais, you lost? And what is dat ting you in? The startled driver looked up and over Boudreaux for a moment before deciding that this old cajun must have never seen a car like this.

He replied, "Its a Lamborghini. And I wanted to take her out for a run out here in the countryside. Come take a look." Boudreaux leaned the scooter over and poked his head in the window, marveling at the technology. The driver, getting a little impatient after a couple of minutes, floored the accelerator, if only to show this cajun what "dat ting" can do..

The sugarcane quickly became a blur as the Lamborghini reached 150, then 180 mph, but the side-view mirror reflected a quickly gaining Boudreaux on his motor scooter! Huh? Boudreaux flew past at an amazing speed, but way up the road, stopped and flew past in the opposite direction at equally amazing speeds!

Once the Lamborghini driver got over the shock and stopped, Boudreaux soon pulled up next to him out of breath and asked if his suspender could kindly be unhooked from the mirror...
