Technically this should go under NEWS but it fits here too...I am wondering what the blazes the pilot was doing or thinking before he hit the water? Any ideas anyone? Was he practicing aerobatics that went wrong?

Thanks for sharing this with us Becky. That pilot was one very lucky guy, thanks to the British rowing team. The thing though which caught my eye was the funny hat the rower was wearing . I had one the just same as that but left it in the UK.
