No Musical Aviation Videos ? Ok But ..., My musical video has been rejected and I'm disappointed ! Options

Today I'd like to express that I'm a little angry against FL350 and I would like to explain here what's wrong in my opinion :

My "Aerobatics 2" video has been rejected because it contains music. The video has been rejected because FL_350 says in the upload section (I knew that already) ==> "VIDEOS WITH MUSIC are NOT accepted due to copyright issues"
It's the part that I have put in bold that makes me angry !

In my "Aerobatics 2" video that can be viewed in my www.brunomisonne.com video section the generics say clearly that I have composed that soundtrack myself. Besides I also said this to the screeners via the comment field. Because of this I am extremely disappointed that my video has been rejected for that reason since there is no copyright issue possible !

I believe that any composer would be angry about that ! I also believe that FL_350 has full rights to reject musical videos if they prefer to hear the plane's sounds and I believe that this is the exact reason why they do not accept musical videos. But the way it happens right now is hypocritical : Copyright is NEVER an issue : The uploader has to read a legal disclaimer so that he is warned that he is fully responsable for any copyright abuse. Not the video hoster.
This is how You Tube works. this is how Dailymotion works. This is how Vimeo works ...

The bottom line is : VIDEOS WITH MUSIC are NOT accepted due to copyright issues
I don't approve of that at all !
FL_350 should say for instance : "We don't accept musical videos due to high demand of members to keep the original plane's sounds instead of adding music".

In such case, I would never have been angry today : It would not be hypocritical but a honest choice of FL_350 to decline music because of personal preferences !

I will end this post with a positive thought : FL_350 is a fantastic site and while I hate it that screeners reject musical videos because of that SILLY (!!!) copyright reason they are definitely doing a great job
