Today I tried to open up Windows Media Encoder, and an error message popped up that said something about "Zipped Files" and that it's either invalid or uncompressed? I downloaded the Zip Genius, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do next.

Now every time I try to open WME a message pops up asking whether or not I want to open or save the file under Zip.

This was never a problem before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like the file associations are messed up on your PC:
Have you been able to extract the .wme file from the ZIP?
If not, download it from here: http://www.rc-tech.ch/divers/FL350_799_NTSC.wme

Save it somewhere on the disk. Then, run Windows media encoder, not by opening the file, but by start menu -> programs -> Windows media -> Windows media encoder. Cancel the wizard that opens, then choose file -> open, and select the .wme file you just downloaded. It should be OK now.
And keep the file somewhere for next time icon_wink.gif

Well finally, it works. I saved the file that you sent me (but not on the disk because I'm not really sure where that is) and followed those directions.
One more thing, do I need the wme profile editor and what do I do with the other session on "my computer"?
