Is that new one world colour scheme going to be painted on all their panes, or just a select ones?

That kind of alliance scheme is usually only applied to 1-2 planes for advertisement.

some Airlines also do it for 1 out of every model aircraft in their fleet. Continental Star Alliance for example or Us Airways. If im not mistaking.
