Video's either begin downloading and then fail midway through or simply fail to start at all? I've changed file location and even tried a USB hard drive but still nothing? The connection error message comes up on both my laptops so I no longer have any idea what to do? Tech support failed to help because the reply email I received stated they've not come across this error before? Looking on these forums it is apparent that statement isn't true as I'm not the only one suffering this problem? Looks like my only option is cancel my account and request a refund....
