A video I have recently been trying to upload to this site is not being accepted due to 'incorrect bitrate' even though it's bitrate is 709kbps. Why is my video being rejected for incorrect bitrate when this site clearly states it must be between 700 and 800kbps?

I hope you can resolve my problem, thank you!
