Adding Ai Traffic, To airports that don't have it

I want to add Project AI's C-17 to McChord AFB for FS2004 but at Project AI, I totally am confused on what to download cause I everything I seem to download isn't what I need. And how do I actually put the AI aircraft into FS2004? If someone knows where there is a good AI tips or installation guide that is really easy to follow I would really apreciate it because I hate flying out of McChord when it is totally a ghost town!
