I'm new to FS so this is probably a silly question.

I just bought my first FS (X) and it doesn't many of the planes mentioned in this thread. I'd love to fly the 319/320 and the 777.

How do I get (download?) the ones mentioned here?

thanks.

there are multiple websites where you can download aircrafts and such for free. please visit the "flight simulator faq" at the very top of the flight simulator forum page, it'll answer any and all questions you may have. icon_thumright.gif

I usually fly the Airbus A320 and the ATR family (ATR42-500 / ATR72-500). I tried to fly with differents planes like B777, B747 or BAe 142-200 and SAAB 2000, for example the BAe 142-200 I don't know how switch the vertical-speed for a normal CR. In the case of B777 or B747 when the plane is climbing (+1800 ft/min), when the altimeter arrives upper FL280 with the ATH is switch-on, the plane is losing power themself.

I fly any type of plane, as long as it's fun to fly and immersive.

Though, I particularly like the whole DC-9 family, 757, 737 and General aviation.
The default fsX aircraft are way better than any freeware.

I fly MD-80's, MD-11's (not as much anymore though), L-1011 (still love em!), Dash-8's, 747, 737, 757, 727. I think there still are more but I just can't remember them all at this second

sweet...although i have a few questions for you:
  1. How did you put these videos on the internet?
  2. how did you make the videos?

Thankyou!

1.Register on photobucket.com or youtube.com and u can post yur own videos.

2. Making videos is simple, just download fraps. www.fraps.com and u may have to edit, so, you can use windows movie maker or if u have any other movie editing software.

I looked it up online, and yes, ASA (aka Delta Connection) used to have E120s, from the 90s till 2002. They were discontinued and either scrapped or sold. I guerss they were replaced by the E190, E145 or possibly even the rare Dash 8 that ASA also flies for Delta. Just for your info. icon_thumright.gif

i do ussually use a B737-400 jet but i also try to handle the B747-400 and the malfunctioned B777-300 i call it malfunctioned because everytime i turn for take off at a given active runway, i ussualy go with the strong wind at the runway. btw,is there such thing as crosswind at the ground? all i know that it affects the aircraft only during final approach.

[font=Georgia][size=7] The Aircraft I love to fly is the CRJ or EM2. I do Skywest flights out of my home airport (KFAT) and it is a hoot to fly.
