It happens so much in the UK and USA that we have all these weird regulations that sounds just darn mad, also you hear on the papers about people being sued just for not chopping a tree down in their garden, complete madness or what

I assume that you believe that the lady who had coffee spilled on her at Macdonnalds actually walked away from her case with millions? People always hear about these huge settlements, but for some reason no one ever hears about when a big company comes back to win an appeal.
