Lufthansa aren't using A346s on that route in real are they?

Yeah some times of the year they do. The usually use the A300, 747 , A340's on this route most of their widebodies. But for the most part they use the A340-600 and the 747 last I checked. icon_thumright.gif

well as far i am concerned Lufthansa now almost always use the A346 since its a brand new.. like my previous flight i thought that Lufthansa wil use the B747 ofor our flight but it came out to be an A340-600 never thought that MNL/RPLL can handle the length of that Arcraft. very nice..

Indeed, they do use A346s. Searching A.net I found mostly A330 and A343s used by LH to JFK.

Currently Lufthansa uses the A340-600 on the MUC - JFK route. On the FRA - JFK routes Lufthansa usually uses the 747-400, A340-300 and the A330. The aircraft used change according to the season.
