It was a nice surprise to meet you on the chat/website of the SI. I'm following this unique solar bird as from his first international trip from Payern to Brussels ,later Paris and finally back home to Payern,Switserland . Looks like his approach was quite steep at times, yet flight stays just as slow. Now on to the next steps! Bertrand Piccard took the controls for the first time on Tuesday, and designers are working on the 2nd aircraft!
