One month truly is a far too long time for such a matter. I haven't noticed that this has been going on for so long since I don't look into the video section that often any more since winmedia has disappeared.

The latest message I got was that they are presently working to correct the video activation queue error for the past few weeks that is taking some time to fix. This was June 29th and July 4th. Again one week ago.

I noticed it about a week ago and I've then seen the announcement, but it doesn't have a date, so couldn't know how long they'd been aware of it.
But yes, in any case one month seems insane... if the main attraction of a site is down, you do everything to fix it within the day, even if that takes a temporary manual solution...

FL350 Community,

Recently we encountered a programming bug that prevented newly uploaded videos from being activated. After thorough research our software engineer team discovered the root cause. The bug was larger than expected and required extra time to fix. The engineers have reported the bug has been fixed. We have retained all videos uploaded from the time the bug appeared and are in the process of activating the large backlog of videos at this time.

New videos should activate beginning this evening 7/21/2010 EST. We will also keep you informed if any unexpected changes arise during the batch processing.

Thank you for your patience and support for FL350.

Best Regards,

FL350 Support
