This is one of the best spool-up sounds I've ever heard. Just listen to those RB211 engines! I apologize for the window frame being a little in the way. That window was between my seat and the one behind me so I had to squeeze the camera in between the window and the seat. Filmed about 11 years ago.

Sorry about sound quality, the microphone on my camera was almost an after thought by Cannon. Taxi and takeoff on SWA 2701 first leg TPA-Nashville. I love Soutwest's service, and that they are adding blended winglets to all of their aircraft, even though the -300's havent been converted yet. I wish I could have seen a -200ADV with winglets!
