(N772UA) United flight from Paris CDG arrives at Washington Dulles International Airport late. The flight was diverted to Richmond (Virginia) International Aiport earlier due to a "microburst on the runway" at Dulles. Plane sat for 4 hours at RIC as a thunderstorm passed and then we were able to fly to IAD.

(G-BNLE) Landing IAD rwy 19R after a 7 hour flight rom LHR and my first time on US soil. Although lovely weather the approach was fairly turbulent, the landing itself very smooth. This approach is using flap 25 on the 747-400 which is SOP for BA.

(N335AA) A disabled aircraft at JFK closed a runway and created a huge lineup of circling arrivals. After circling at cruise for about 20 minutes, we diverted to IAD due to insufficient fuel. Video shows landing on IAD's runway 1L and parking at the gate where we stayed onboard while they refueled.
