Takeoff from rwy 31L at KJFK. Sorry for the tiny bit of movemnet with the camera, it was a very bumpy roll. I'm currently trying out a new camera, played with the settings a bit. Anyway it was filmed in row 1J, complete with idle sounds, spoolup, and those awesome growling CF6-80-C2A5 Turbofan engines. I noticed that the growling engines irritated the camera a tiny bit. This is well worth a view if you haven't heard what these engines sound like. Please enjoy!

An almost perfect landing on JFK's 31R. This video gives you a really good idea of what the area around JFK looks like from the air. The pilot must have planned this approach very well because little power was used for landing. Unlike previous landings I've experienced in this aircraft where a lot of thrust is applied on final (I can really tell when engine starts whining alot... not in this sorry). I have another clip coming in December JFK to STI. For those of you who have seen my A300 takeoff you'll enjoy this and many more to come. Filmed in First Class.
