This is a B-52 "side crawling" or as it's technically known - "cross wind landing gear approach configuration". It was the first time I'd ever seen a BUFF do it. Watch near the end of the clip. As it makes its way up the runway, the small outrigger wheel smashes the edge runway lighting.
