Morning departure on AirTran flight 254 to FNT Flint, Michigan. This flight was booked to the gills with a 100% load factor, 10 oversold, 6 standbys. So it was a full pax load and probably a full baggage load. You can tell how heavy we are by how we climb so slowly. We were supposed to cruise at FL330 but only made it to FL280.
